In today’s generation, everyone
is becoming health and fitness conscious. People are finding new ways in which
they can reduce weight quickly and effortlessly. Maintaining a proper weight is
very important not only to look fit, fine and gorgeous but also to reduce
diseases and other health related problems. Fats play a major role in causing
health related issues and thus it is important to burn the fat that we intake.
The best way to maintain weight
is by exercising regularly and also to maintain a proper diet which includes
more of proteins, carbohydrates, etc and less of fats and oils.
Nowadays people are very lazy, or
exhausted by the end of the day (after the day’s work) that they do not find
time nor do they have the energy to work out. Also fast food have been replacing
healthy food as they are easily available, tastier and cheaper than any other
food. Thus it is important to avoid eating fast food or junk foods and shift to
healthy eating habits.
Another important issue is that
teenagers think that by skipping meals and eating in lesser amount will help
them reduce weight easily. But apart from reducing it does affect ones health.
One such experience happened with
me. I also like all those teenagers wanted to loose weight quickly. I decided
to skip my breakfast, reduce the quantity of food I ate for lunch and dinner.
Also I used to work out for hours, climbing stairs, etc. At the end I fell sick
and my blood pressure levels came down.
Thus I would like you to always remember
that do not skip meals to reduce weight. Instead exercise regularly and
maintain a healthy diet.
